The hard part starts after the purchase order
Choosing the equipment is the easy part. Every site in Korea has its own paperwork, its own gate procedure and its own hours for receiving. That stretch is what we take off your hands.
- Site delivery — Owner documentation, tagging and packing, gate registration, site access and import clearance. Our job runs until the equipment is standing where it was meant to stand.
- Repair and parts sourcing — Repairs on equipment already running, and parts for models the manufacturer has dropped. Drawings and the installed item often disagree, so we start from the item.
- Transport and logistics — Domestic and inbound transport for heavy and oversized loads. We confirm the receiving window and the unloading conditions before we plan a route.
Why delivery is the difficult part
Petrochemical, refinery and power complexes put safety first, and that shows up as procedure. The same valve can need a different tag format, a different set of certificates and different packing depending on which site it is going to. When that difference surfaces after the order is placed, the truck gets turned around at the gate. Removing that turn-around is the reason this side of our work exists.
